There are simply many things about our lives in which we have no control.
Accept those things as part of the way God created you. Your culture, your language, your familial background, and many other attributes of your physical being are God's "choices."
He also gave you talents, intelligence, personality, and various spiritual gifts that, taken as a whole, make you a unique person on this earth to fulfill the plan He has for you. (Psalm 139:13-16)
Right now, this very instant, think of some of your inner passions and skill sets. Ponder on them. Write them down. Ask the Father to show you ways of how you can make use of this suddenly less hectic season.
Life may be forcing us to slow way down beyond what we are used to, but to our heavenly Father, nothing is surprising. Some of the most inspiring things spring up from the unseen. Part of His vision is your passion!
